Hello and thank you for taking time to read my profile! I am a licensed clinical social worker with 15 plus years of clinical experience. I am trained in Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) and certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). As my interactions and work with others have grown throughout the years, I've found inspiration to increase my capabilities and have been trained in a variety of therapeutic methods. I enjoy helping others through both my professional knowledge and training, as well as my human experiences. I believe my reason in life is to serve, empower, and help people on their journey towards becoming their best selves.
